We have 40mm  standard complete model copper directed thermal path pcb,

like 9 led, 16 led ,20 led 24led ,30led .36leds . 

Its' high thermal conductivity can greatly improve the heat dispation of leds , so it can make longer warranty of the production. also we can provide customized design as per customer request. 

Besides , there is one-stop service in Mankun . we can also do Smt /assembly  leds.











1.About direct thermal path /sink pad pcb.








Sink PAD  is a thermal path Printed Circuit Board technology that makes the heat directly spread on the matal base .it makes the heat dispation transfer more efficiently than a conventional MCPCB. 




Aluminum Sink PCB thermal conductivity :185-230 W/m.K 

COPPER Sink  PCB  thermal conductivity : 380-430W/m.K
